Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ogehe. The platform accessible at ogehe.com and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”) are operated by Ogehe, Inc. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement. Ogehe reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, code, design, branding, content, and the overall look and feel, are owned by Ogehe or its licensors. Nothing contained herein grants you any ownership rights in the Platform beyond a limited license described below. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload ("User Content"), but you grant Ogehe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, and to promote and market the Platform. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Ogehe’s proprietary materials except as explicitly authorized by Ogehe in writing.

Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform may include links to or references to third-party apps that are hosted on Google Play or other app stores. These apps are not hosted on ogehe.com and are not controlled by Ogehe. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, safety, legality, or availability of any such third-party apps or services. Your use of any linked third-party app is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third party (including Google Play). The presence of third-party links does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Ogehe. Ogehe may obtain information from Google Play or other third parties in connection with these integrations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH IT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL OGEHE OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
